Operational Policies and Procedures
Registration
Participants will complete the application form, identify the course, modality, and contact information, then make the payment for the selected education.
Payment can be made by the following options: credit cards such as Visa and Master cards and debit cards.
Registration reimbursement
Refunds will be made at 100% of the fee when the enrollee made a written communication 5 days before the start day, this will apply to any of our offers.
If the communication is received within 3 days before the course 50% of the refund will be made for any enrollee of our offers.
Any participant not complying with criteria 1 and 2 will not be reimbursed partially or fully.
Currently, we do not offer payment plans, all services should be paid before the start day of each course.
Payments are not transferred, refunded, or credited from one course to another if there is no assistance or completion of the requirements.
